Post TGE, $MOGA acquisition shifts to secondary markets and rewards:

• Secondary Markets: $MOGA will be listed and made tradable on CEX & DEX, ensuring liquidity and accessibility for a broader audience. Listing discussions with major CEX and DEX are ongoing.

• Learning & Community Rewards: 5% of $MOGA is allocated to rewarding learners for their financial literacy and positive contribution in the community. Reward tokens are auto-staked.

Important Information

• Distributions of team, advisor and ambassador allocation is based on need to incentive actual stakeholders. Mogaland will timely update and transparently inform token holders of the portions allocated and to whom. Portions of allocation not used will remain in Mogaland ecosystem wallet.

• Exact distribution schedule and release amount for airdrop, learning reward and community reward may vary, assumptions are taken for modeling purpoess.

• Based on current plans, 40% of Liquidity allocation and 50%+ of Treasry will remain undistributed for the foreseable future. The purpose is to allow for Mogaland to react flexibly to changing market conditions and future project needs over time. Mogaland will timely update and transparently inform token holders of new needs, strategies and organize the appropriate governance decision process.
