Monetary Strategy

MOGA is an inherently deflationary token, which means the token deflates over time because the supply decreases. Deflationary tokens use various mechanisms to reduce their supply, with coins usually destroyed through transaction fees and coin burning. Mogaland aims to balance the following inflationary and deflationary mechanisms to ensure the token's sustainable value growth and stability.

Inflationary Mechanisms

These mechanisms increase the token supply in the market, facilitating liquidity and accessibility.

  1. Token Sales: Sales of $MOGA create supplies for initial liquidity and capital for platform development.

  2. Marketing, Airdrops & Rewards: Boosts user acquisition and engagement, leads to income generation while gradually releasing tokens to the market.

  3. Staking Rewards: Issuing $MOGA as staking rewards incentivizes long-term holding and participation, gradually releasing tokens to the market.

  4. Liquidity Management: Providing trading liquidity and ease with which $MOGA can be swapped to other tokens.

Deflationary Mechanisms

These mechanisms aim to reduce the token supply, enhancing scarcity and value.

  1. Staking: By locking tokens in staking, the active circulation of $MOGA is reduced, which can positively impact its value due to decreased supply. Staking fees and tax will be partially burned and partially reallocated, further reduces the total supply as well as the circulating supply.

  2. Transactions: Utilizing $MOGA for transactions within the platform not only drives engagement but also helps reduce the circulating token supply. 70% of the proceeds will return to Mogaland treasury and 30% will be burned.

  3. NFT Trading Fees: Fees in $MOGA will be imposed on NFT trades inside Mogaland NFT marketplace. A portion of the fees will be burned to reduce total supply, while the rest will be allocated to the treasury to reduce circulating supply.

  4. Fiat Revenue Contribution to $MOGA Tokenomy: Allocating up to 25% of fiat revenue to create demand supporting positive market value development.

  5. Burning:

    • Burning of staking related taxes and fees.

    • Burning of tokens used in platform transaction.

    • Burning of fees from NFT trading.

    • Burning of $MOGA when Mogaland's aggregated financial literacy reaches specific milestones.

Mogaland's monetary strategy represents a thoughtful balance between expanding the token's accessibility and enhancing its scarcity and value. By employing both inflationary and deflationary measures, Mogaland ensures a dynamic yet stable token economy for $MOGA. This strategy is aligned with the platform's long-term goals of fostering an engaging and sustainable ecosystem for financial literacy.
